Everything Audio – Returns Policy 

 

Returns: 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there is a problem with your product we would love the chance to make it right. If you have simply changed your mind please read the guidelines below to determine if your purchase is eligible for return. 

 

Return Guidelines: 

Condition of all returns will be under the sole discretion of Everything Audio. Everything Audio must be notified within 7 days from receipt of shipment if you would like to request a refund. In order to return any item, a return authorisation number must first be issued. Items approved for a refund will be issued a return authorisation number and must be received back within 20 days of the date of authorisation. 

In order to be eligible for return, all items must be unused and in original packaging. All refunds will be issued by check within 2 weeks once the item has been received and inspected. Everything Audio reserves the right to extend the return period for an item that is determined to be defective. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs incurred. Please ensure that you ship via an insured courier service, as Everything Audio will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

Items that have been specially ordered may not be eligible for return. Please contact us regarding your specific item to determine if it is eligible for return. Re-stocking fees may apply and may vary by manufacturer. 

 

Non-Returnable Items: 

All consumables as well as shrink-wrapped, blister-packed or factory sealed items are not eligible for return once unwrapped. Everything Audio reserves the right to determine what constitutes a consumable item. Some expendable items include: batteries, media, tape, lavaliere and transmitter accessories, cleaning supplies, and walkie talkie accessories. This list is to serve as an example and is not a complete list of all items considered to be expendables. 

Custom cables or special order items are not eligible for return. When placing a custom order it is the customer's responsibility to accurately describe the desired details such as colour, length and specific usage. If possible, we may be able to re-wire custom cables to suit another piece of equipment                          

 

Returns Procedure: 

Always place the original package in a safe, carefully packed container and take care ensuring that you place the original package in a suitable shipping container with necessary protection. It is important that no shipping labels are put on the original manufacturer's packaging as this would render the items damaged, and therefore unreturnable. 

 

Goods must be shipped back to us via an insured courier service with a tracking number provided. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Everything Audio are not responsible for lost or damaged packages or alternatively, packages can be dropped into the shop on working hours.
