This should include an accurate description of any defects with the product.

Everything Audio will test and repair any fault that is outlined on this form but will not look for any faults that are not noted on the RA request.

Please supply all details of testing carried out to replicate the fault. Everything Audio cannot immediately find a fault, we will replicate your testing methods to reproduce the issue.

If this methods does not reproduct the fault, the unit will be returned to you and you will be charged.

An RA number will not be issued if full testing datiles have not been listed.

Please provide all details of why you required a credit for this product. Please note Everything Audio only accept products back for credit within 28 days of invoice, and all return all at the discretion of Everything Audio. Receiving an RA request does not guarantee the credit will be done once the product is received.

If you wish to return a product for a warranty repair, proof of purchase must be provided. This can be either an invoice or delivery note from the company you purchased this unit from.

If you are returning your product for a credit, then the Everything Audio invoice number MUST be provided.
