I recently came into EA, not quite knowing what I needed, wanted or if it even existed. Before long I was deep in conversation with Roger and Stuart about all sorts. I ended up being treated to a level of service not seen for years… Stuart was upstairs making me a cable, Rog was researching Lectro transmitters from the USA, a member of the e-commerce team was helping me open an account and another person, who seemed to be very important (everybody went to her for info) was looking for parts for me. I must admit, I ended up spending more than I planned to - but I wasn’t ripped off at all. I was just catered for, fully; and I went away with just the right things. It was a pleasure to be there and talk shop. They seem genuinely interested in what I was doing and what I needed. I look forward to going back.
