Requesting a returns authorisation number
Everything Audio offer a warranty repair service for all products that we distribute, as well as limited repairs on non-warranty products. Please complete and submit the form on the next page to request a RA (Returns Authorisation) number. Once the online form has been submitted, Everything Audio will check your request and issue an RA number once all the details have been confirmed.
Please ensure all fields are completed in full and with as much information as possible to avoid any delays in your RA number being issued.
Returning non-faulty products for credit
If trade customers wish to return a non-faulty product for any reason please be aware that we will require it to be in the same conditon it was sent to you in and will require it returned within 28 days of receipt to ensure it is not classifiable as a used / pre-owned item.
The following charges and timescales will apply to non-faulty products when returned:

Fixed repair charges
Everything Audio offer a fixed repair charge on most of the headphones we distribute. If you are returning your product for a non warranty repair, please click on the link below for a list of the fixed repair charges that are available. If there is no fixed repair charge applicable, the variable repair charges will apply. If a unit is returned under warranty but deemed not to have a manufacturing defect, the variable repair charges will apply.
Everything Audio do not accept any product back for repair/credit that has not been booked in online prior to shipping. Delivery may be refused on any product that is returned without an RA number on the outer box.
